All retail businesses with customer parking in a densely populated area.
The entrance barrier opens after presence detection. Before leaving the premises, customers receive an exit ticket at the counter, which the QR code contains a validity period (for example, 30 minutes, one-time use), and they scan this QR code in a timely manner at the scanner column. Once the validity period of the QR code has expired, people can no longer exit the parking lot without requesting a new ticket.
Autoparking of a commercial business that also welcomes customers by bike or on foot.
Visitors take a QR ticket at the entrance, which contains the date and time of arrival. Before leaving the premises, customers have their entry ticket scanned by the validator. Only when scanning a valid entry ticket does the validator print an exit ticket with limited validity for the exit scanner (for example, 30 minutes, one-time use). Once the validity period has expired, people can no longer leave the parking lot without requesting a new ticket.
Retail establishment with a car park that is also used by non-customers or covert abusers.
People take a QR ticket at the entrance, which contains the date and time of arrival within the QR code. Before leaving the premises, customers have their entry ticket scanned by the APD. In the case of a valid entry ticket, the APD automatically prints an exit ticket. In the case of an expired entry ticket, the APD displays an amount due and prints a payment receipt that serves as the exit ticket (for example, 30 minutes, one-time use). Once the validity period of the QR payment receipt has expired, people can no longer leave the parking lot without returning to the cashier.
All retail businesses with a self-scan checkout.
How to ensure that no one leaves the store through the self-scan zone without paying for their purchases?
Customers scan their purchases at the self-scan checkout and receive a receipt with a barcode or QR code that includes the date and time of the transaction. They then go to the self-scan exit, where they scan the receipt at the standalone QR-Flex scanner. The gate only opens if the scanned 1D/2D code is valid and matches the pre-configured code structure of the receipt.
Autoparking where only invited visitors and staff are allowed access.
Customers receive a QR invitation via email, which contains an access validity corresponding to the scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, the customer scans their electronic QR (smartphone) or printed QR at the entry pillar within this validity period. Before leaving the premises, customers have their entry ticket scanned by the validator. Only upon scanning a valid entry QR does the validator print an exit ticket with limited validity for the exit scanner (for example, 30 minutes, one-time use). Once the validity period has expired, people can no longer leave the parking lot without requesting a new ticket.
Offline reports are available via the validator. However, connect the validator to the internet and generate online reports regarding all events, while the entry and exit controllers still operate offline.
People take a QR ticket at the entrance, which contains the date, the time of arrival, and the license plate. Before leaving, visitors have their entry ticket scanned by the networked validator. Only with a valid entry ticket will the validator activate the license plate for the exit column via the data network (for example, 30 minutes, one-time use).
Supermarkets, nursing homes, office and government buildings....
People take a QR ticket from the entrance that contains the date, the time of arrival, and the license plate. Before leaving the premises, visitors have their entry ticket scanned by the networked validator. Only with a valid entry ticket does the validator activate the license plate and the QR code for the exit column (for example, 30 minutes, one-time use) via the data network.
Retail businesses, office and government buildings, supermarkets, commercial centers, etc., with excess parking capacity.
The Master ANPR camera opens the entry barrier after scanning the license plate. When the same license plate presents itself at the exit during the free period, the exit barrier opens automatically. If this happens after the free period, the payment terminal first displays the amount due. After a valid payment, the payment terminal opens the exit barrier and displays a QR code. Scanning this QR code automatically triggers the download of an electronic receipt to the smartphone.
Shopping center/supermarket with customer parking.
Visitors take a QR ticket at the entrance that contains the date, time of arrival, and license plate. Before leaving the site, visitors scan their entry ticket at a validator. This validator communicates via the LAN to the exit columns the new exit validity of validated QR tickets and corresponding license plates. When these license plates are scanned at the exit within the valid period, the exit barrier automatically opens. If this occurs after the validity period, the payment kiosk displays an amount due.
Shopping center, office buildings, and government buildings, .... with shared customer parking.
Visitors take a QR ticket at the entrance which contains the date, arrival time, and license plate. Before leaving, visitors have their entry ticket scanned by a validator, which then informs the exit barriers via the LAN which QR tickets and license plates are now time-limited. When these license plates present themselves in time at the exit, the exit barrier opens automatically. If this occurs after the validation period, the payment terminal displays an amount due.
Apartments, offices, government buildings, etc., with parking in a densely populated area.
Residents enter via RFID. Visitors take an entry ticket, park their car, and gain access to their host’s shared private entrance via the intercom. Upon leaving, the visitor prints an exit ticket in that same corridor using the counter printer and proceeds to his/her car, scans this ticket at the exit column, and thus exits the parking. When the host is not present, the visitor exits the parking by scanning his/her entry ticket at the exit column, within the validity period.
Parking for customers, suppliers, and staff.
Customers take a QR ticket at the entrance upon their first arrival, which contains the date, arrival time, and license plate. The counter employee scans this ticket at the validation tablet and activates the QR and the license plate for the correct number of days. Staff members and checked-in customers enter and exit solely based on license plate recognition. Unscheduled, spontaneous visitors take a ticket at the entrance.
All parking lots for which a parking space can be reserved in advance, such as a hotel, an airport, etc...
The license plates of customers who reserved in advance are uploaded to the entry and exit controllers via automatic FTP upload. For them, the barriers open automatically based on their valid reservation period. Others achieve the same result but must first go to the counter upon their first arrival.
