Residents enter and leave the car park using their RFID card. Visitors take an entry ticket, park their car and use the apartment intercom to get access to the Private Common Hall of their host.
Before leaving, visitors take an exit ticket using the desktop printer installed in that same Private Common Hall, go to their car and scan that ticket to the exit column.
If the host happens not to be at home, visitors can still leave the car park by scanning their entry ticket, within the validity period, to the exit station.
Residents can also use ANPR as primary and RFID as redundant technology to enter and leave the car park.
In the case of unused parking capacity, install a pay-on-foot column and allow non-residents and non-visitors to pay for parking use based on their parking duration.
Activate the optional embedded VOIP intercom at the entry and exit columns so people can contact someone in case of emergency.
